Saizeriya: Japan’s Budget-Friendly Italian Dining Experience

Today, we’re taking you to one of the most popular budget-friendly Italian restaurant chains in Japan, Saizeriya!

First up is a refreshing shrimp salad, they were very generous with the shrimp toppings. Next is Doria with meat sauce and cheese, a type of rice gratin, the cheese on top was so rich and flavorful.

Time for some exotic grilled escargot, it had a nice garlic and butter flavor but the texture is like clams with sand, it was better than I expected.

For pasta, we ordered the classic carbonara with egg and bacon and it was pretty decent. Their thin-crust pizza has lots of mozzarella for a stretchy cheese pull.

We also ordered a few steak meals that were under JPY 1000 and the portion size was more than enough, big value for money. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu and pudding.

Saizeriya is a fantastic choice for budget-friendly dining in Japan. With a wide variety of options from starters to desserts, it’s no wonder it’s so popular.
